Why I became a Hypnotist…
Helping people heal has always been at the core of who I am. Becoming a hypnotist felt like a natural extension of that calling. Hypnosis is another powerful way to support people in creating real, lasting change.
There’s nothing like witnessing the moment someone feels relief… that deep exhale, that shift in their face, the spark of hope returning. Those moments fuel me.
The questions that drive me are:
How can I help my clients even more?
How can I continue regulating my own nervous system so I can show up even better for others?
Hypnosis isn’t just something I do… it’s something I believe in. I use it in my own healing, and I bring that lived experience into every session.
This work lights me up, and I’m so grateful to offer it.

Yes! Hypnosis is backed by science. Hypnosis rewires beliefs and habits by guiding the mind into a deeply relaxed, focused state that bypasses the conscious mind allowing direct access to the subconscious. The subconscious mind holds our beliefs and pattern. In a relaxed state, it allows me to replace deeply ingrained negative patterns, limiting beliefs, and automatic responses with new, positive neural pathways.

Yes! Well, mostly. People can be hypnotized as long as they’re open to the process and willing to follow simple instructions. Everyone enters different states of hypnosis everyday… have you ever driven down the highway and not remembered most of the trip? That’s commonly called highway hypnosis. It just means you were in a really relaxed state.
You don’t have to be highly suggestible, just relaxed and engaged.

It feels like a deep state of relaxation, just like the space between being awake and asleep. You’ll likely feel calm, focused, and very comfortable. It’s a little different for everyone.
There is no “right” or “wrong” way to experience hypnosis. Some people feel deeply relaxed, some notice their mind drifting, and others simply feel calm and present. However you experience it is perfectly fine.

Hypnosis is not sleep. However, some people feel so deeply relaxed they drift in and out of sleep. Which is perfectly normal. Mostly though, you’ll be awake and aware. You will be in control the entire time, and should an emergency arise, you will be fully able to attend to it.

You will be in control of your body and mind the entire time. You body will feel deeply relaxed, however, if an emergency should arise or you’d like to stop the hypnosis process you will be able to do so at any time.
Hypnosis is not something I do to you, it is something your mind and body creates naturally when it’s relaxed.
