Counselling
Natasha is the owner of Rise Counselling and Reiki. Natasha offers virtual counselling sessions and is trained in approaches such as Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Hypnosis, and Mindfulness practices. Natasha is trauma informed and LGBTQIA+ affirming.

Reiki
Reiki can be seamlessly integrated into your counselling sessions, combined with mindfulness and meditative techniques to gently release energy blockages. This form of energy healing supports emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Reiki is just as effective from a distance and can be offered in virtual sessions, making healing accessible wherever you are.

Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a natural, deeply relaxed state of focused attention that helps you tap into the power of your subconscious mind. It's not mind control—it's mind freedom. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, improve sleep, break a habit, or boost confidence, hypnosis makes change feel easier and more intuitive. It’s safe, calming, and surprisingly effective.
